SMART MONITORING

By focusing on your heart rate, our technology delivers personalized insights that help you train smarter, not harder.

AI & DATA ANALYTICS SUPERCHARGE

Collection

It starts by collecting real-time heart rate data. Wearable sensors discreetly track your heart rate during workouts, capturing a wealth of information about how your cardiovascular system responds to different exercises.

Analysis

The magic happens in the backend, where advanced AI algorithms analyze the heart rate data. These algorithms look for patterns, trends, and irregularities, helping you understand how the body performs under different conditions. It’s like having a fitness expert by your side, translating complex data into actionable insights.

Interpretation

The insights gathered from your heart rate data are transformed into easy-to-understand reports. These reports give you a clear picture of your training progress. You’ll see how your heart rate changes during workouts, spot areas where you’re excelling, and identify opportunities for improvement

YOUR

FEEDBACK

With our wearable sensors and user-friendly apps we provide a full analysis of any type of physical activity.

Proffessional or recreational.

Whether it’s an individual session or a group training, Smart Monitoring collects data in the background and provides a real-time display of basic parameters.

Heart rate zones are important as they help sustain the training rhythm and alert of under or over-exertion.

Training stress

It’s physiological and psychological strain placed on the body and mind as a result of exercise or other physical activities.
It’s an essential parameter to consider when designing and monitoring a fitness regimen, and we can measure it.
Stress is calculated with heart rate(HR) and heart rate variability (HRV)

HR: The frequency of the heartbeat measured by the number of contractions of the heart per minute

HRV: The variance in time between heartbeats HRV increases during relaxing and recovering activities and decreases during stress

Training stability

Stability represents how ‘stable’ the person exercising is during the exercise. The upper and lower control limits are represented with dashed lines.
The farther apart these lines are, the less stable the exercise was, and the closer they are, the more stable the exercise was.

CENTROID

By using the calculated stability, we can better understand how clients exercise and determine when and which exercises to give them.
For example, when they are feeling down or unmotivated, it should be advised to exercise using the training plan with high stability based on training history.

RED DOTS

Red dots on the graph represent outliers. These outliers represent HR signal data points that have a value outside of the control limits.

Reports

Individual

Session Breakdown: Get a closer look at your heart rate during each workout session. See how it changes from warm-up to cooldown and everything in between.
Intensity Mapping: Understand the intensity of your workouts with easy-to-read heart rate zone color coding. Identify where you pushed harder and where you kept a steady pace.
Comparative Analysis: Compare different training sessions side by side. Discover trends and improvements that can guide your future workouts.

Dual

Dual Session Breakdown: Explore the heart rate data of two distinct individuals during their workout sessions. Witness the differences and similarities in heart rate patterns, from warm-up to cooldown.
Side-by-Side Intensity: Understand the varying levels of intensity between the two individuals’ workouts. Visualize the heart rate zones and uncover which zones each person excelled in.
Recovery Contrast: Analyze the post-workout heart rate recovery of each individual. Gain insights into how quickly their heart rates return to baseline and what this signifies for their fitness levels.

Group

Motivation: Witness your progress and celebrate your achievements as you climb the ranks. The ladder of rankings offers a tangible way to see your growth and commitment in real-time.
Elements of Gamification: Fitness meets fun as our system introduces gamification elements. Unlock achievements, earn badges, and embark on exciting challenges that keep you engaged and hungry for more.
Community Connection: Join a community of like-minded individuals, all striving for personal excellence. Share your journey, cheer for others, and feel the camaraderie that comes with healthy competition.

Gamification & Challenges

Gamification is the key to stimulating engagement, enhancing training and reinforcing the group experience. So we’ve come up with a system of monitoring for large groups.
Leaderboards, different challenges to complete, badges & prizes to earn. The combinations are endless – it’s a matter of creativity.

No challenge, no fun.
