When you access the Service via a mobile device, we may collect location data. We do not store or share your location data.

The permission to use location data is strictly required for the application functionality, specifically for enabling scanning and connecting nearby devices such as smart bands, heart rate sensors, and other wearable devices via Bluetooth or other wireless transmissive technologies.

Purpose of Processing

The platform and application use your data for:

Creation of user accounts and provision of basic services
Customer support and communication
Improving service quality and adapting content to user goals

Data Storage and Security

Access and processing of your data will be performed exclusively by persons employed by Nissatech Innovation Centre. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Germany.

We retain your information only for as long as you have an open user account. Upon request or account closure, data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Children's Privacy
